Good news regarding the local stable yard and horse riding
centre. They have agreed for me to take photographs on site and in return I
will provide some of the files to them via email. Now I need to plan a visit to
look at the location in more detail.
I attended a presentation by ‘Danny Green’ tonight on ‘Wildlife
of the East Midlands’. The presentation was excellent and Danny is a
multi-award winning wildlife photographer based in the East Midlands. Some of
the techniques were of real interest to me, other than a personal love of
wildlife. It was surprising how some of the techniques were very similar to
various portrait techniques, i.e. completely blurring out the background with
depth of field.
