I attended the Peterborough Photographic Society AGM as a member tonight. It was a very interesting AGM, much the same as last year though. A few younger and newer members (young is 40’s in the PPS) tried in vain to have a few items changed, the old guard were having none of it though. I need to take a step back and see where I am benefitting in improving my photography. The presentations are general very good when you have an outside speaker, but most other items are controlled to the point of the rules provide little inspiration for me.
